In order to have access to the ASCII table on your Toshiba Satellite PC, you need to install the appropriate driver for its keyboard. To download and install the driver for your PC, visit the support website of the manufacturer, choose your product and download the compatible keyboard driver with your operating system. After you did this, reboot your computer. Now, you should be able to access the whole ASCII table using the keyboard.
